İMA offers “Short Courses” in five areas, targeting a wide range of people from fashion professionals to people pursuing new careers, from those people starting their own businesses to others desiring personal development; in other words, anyone interested in fashion from all ages.
The Professional Development Programmes target people who desire personal development in the fashion industry or who wish to enter the industry without any previous experience. Aligned with the industry itself, the programs not only provide a strong foundation for students in their areas of interest but also offer various seminars, meetings with lecturers from the industry, projects and workshops to scrutinize the latest trends, thus providing current information. The duration of the İMA’s Professional Development Programmes vary from two to six months, depending on the student’s area of interest. After the training program, students who have met the minimum attendance requirement (80% of the program) and who have successfully completed every class will receive an Istanbul Moda Academy Certificate. The Workshops have been specifically designed to meet the needs of companies in the fashion industry by providing concentrated knowledge in very short periods and are facilitated by experienced and specialised trainers from the leading fashion schools such as London College of Fashion. The language of instruction for these programs is English, accompanied by simultaneous interpretation into Turkish. After the Workshops are completed, participants will receive a joint certificate by Istanbul Moda Academy and London College of Fashion. |
