Purpose: This workshop is for professionals who are curious about the implications of changing global markets and fashion consuming trends. It aims to inform about the factors affecting customer behaviour and purchasing instincts and the ways to transform purchasing actions into satisfaction.

Nathalie Rozborski completed her education on Fashion and Luxury Goods Management at Sorbonne Nouvelle University in 2005. Through her career worked for luxurt brands like Celine and Gaspard Yurkievich and improved her marketing knowledge. In 2006, she started working at Nelly Rodi and then promoted to Fashion & Beauty Department Manager. She is developing the communication channels of Nelly Rodi besides giving consultancy about Asia, America and Europe markets. Currently, she is an expert on global market auditing by her role as consultant for Europe and Mediterranean.
